CORP might have a trace running.
CREW MANIFEST — PERSONNEL ARE A RESOURCE
Each player runs exactly one operator — the person in the chair, in the vent, in the building, and selects one patron. Patrons reward particular behaviors and supply Patronage Tokens, whioch can be spent for special patron abilities. Your crew is small, every member matters, and every loss hurts.
Operator status codes: Alive — still useful. Compromised — CORP is interested. Taken — kidnapped by CORP. Dead — time to look at replacement options.
Your operator does not take traditional damage, so there are no hit points to track. When a situation goes south, an operator either escapes, dies, or is kidnapped by CORP. Whether and how operators can be replaced depends on the target difficulty your table chooses: generous on sandbox and beginner, less forgiving on veteran, and Highly Balanced™ on nightmare.
CORP might have a trace running.
Do not attempt rescue. CORP retains all seized personnel under the Mindfullness Program™.
Painfully optimistic. Statistically this will not last.
Losing an operator costs your crew time, money, and possibly public signal, but it doesn't necessarily fail a target. The crusade outlives its soldiers, which ironically is probably how CORP would put it in a recruitment brochure.
